The work is never a parcel \u2014 it is an art object that deserves to arrive at your home in conditions worthy of its value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The printing laboratory: PICTO Paris<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prints are produced exclusively by <strong>PICTO Paris<\/strong>, the French reference for fine art photographic printing since 1950. Each print is made to order, signed and numbered by hand, and accompanied by its numbered, sealed certificate of authenticity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Production time:<\/strong>10 to 20 working days from payment confirmation, depending on the chosen finish (pigment baryta, pigment under plexiglass, optional framing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping your work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The carrier is selected <strong>case by case<\/strong>, according to the dimensions of the work, its weight and the delivery destination \u2014 with one constant requirement: the highest standard of service. Rates are inclusive of all taxes and include declared-value insurance throughout transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tracking your order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As soon as your print is dispatched, you receive by email a tracking number from the carrier allowing you to follow its journey in real time. Your <strong>personal account<\/strong> on xaviers.photo also displays the progress of each order, in three clear stages: <em>Order in progress<\/em>, <em>Order out for delivery<\/em>, <em>Order delivered<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Works made to order<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each XAVIER S. print is a work made to order: printed, numbered and signed specifically for you, to the dimensions, technique and finish you choose. No exemplar is held in stock.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consequently, in accordance with article L. 221-28, 3\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code, the sale of a print does not carry a right of withdrawal: any validated order is firm. This information is presented to you before payment, then restated on the order form and the delivery note. In the event of damage in transit or a lack of conformity, the guarantees below apply in full.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In the event of damage on delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you notice visible damage to the packaging upon receipt, <strong>record precise, detailed reservations<\/strong> on the carrier&#8217;s delivery note (a simple \u201csubject to inspection\u201d is legally insufficient) and contact us <strong>within 48 hours<\/strong> \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:contact@xaviers.photo\">contact@xaviers.photo<\/a> attaching photographs of the packaging and of the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will immediately take charge of the compensation procedure with the carrier and proceed with the <strong>replacement of the work<\/strong> within standard production times. No cost will be borne by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return of a non-conforming work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the work received shows a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
